On this job, the customer had purchased a property in which the previous owner was disabled so there was only showers in the house.

Our customer really wanted a bathroom in which she could relax.
So we removed the shower area, the tiles from the walls and retiled, then moved the towel radiator to the back wall.

The customer was also concerned with how cold the room was, so we completely lifted the flooring insulated and replaced with new!

We then finished the bathroom by fitting the new bath, insulating and plastering the window wall and fitting some double doors for the customers toiletries!

We had a call from the Royal Naval Arms to renovate their beer garden into somewhere the customers could enjoy a lovely cold pint outside in the sunshine!

We worked with the landlord and owner to come up with some ideas of how to better use the space. Here are some before and after photos of the work undertaken by us at D&C Renovations.

We started off by removing all of the old paving slabs and rotten fencing in order to open up more space to the garden! Once all of the old garden was removed we got to work on building a garden area.

We decided on laying a new patio with porcelain patio tiles, finished off with a resin based pointing which really brings out the colour in the patio tiles making them very easy on the eye.

We finished off the garden with a new feather edge fence/gate, improved drainage system and new seating area to ensure the customers could get the best use possible out of the garden all year round!

Customer requested all pipes to be hidden and for the area to be tidied up! We came up with the idea of a removable panel to ensure the boiler was still easily accessible for servicing needs but easy on the eye!. We left the panel ready for the customer to decorate how they wanted it!
