Today was our SSAIB annual audit / inspection. Major changes have taken place since our last audit in October. This includes shifting our database to Uptick - Fire & Security Software, a move of office and several procedural changes. We had a very successful audit with zero non-conformities. Uptick has greatly assisted with continued compliance and increased transparency to our customers. Our inspector spoke highly of the new software, explaining that they didn't have to delve into the figures produced as Uptick does it for you.
Obviously a fantastic massive thank you to my fantastic team for embracing these changes and running with it. Without you doing this would have been carnage!
So here's to the next 12-months of protecting new and existing clients throughout Devon and Cornwall.

Training day for the team today. Our new Uptick customer software has been in place for just over a month now, so time to see how everyone is getting along, and to tailor some aspects to our specific needs. Excellent day totally prepared by our Luke who has dedicated a lot of his own time into today's presentation. Thanks to the whole team too for embracing Uptick. We are beginning to reap the benefits.
