Unfortunately on Thursday I had an accident at work. I had a nasty fall landing on my shoulder. Paramedics came and took me to hospital where the x ray showed I had dislocated/fractured my shoulder.

I was put to sleep and had my shoulder put back into place. Its was the worst pain I've ever been through.

I have a follow up appointment next week at the fracture clinic so we will see how long i will be out of action for. Once I know more details I will be in contact with those who I have work booked in with.
