Please have a look at this incredible place to exercise but not just that it boost your confidence. It helps with toning and above all you make the best of friends and I mean lifelong friends it’s ladies only it’s based in Estover and it’s a four woman show highly recommend even if you’ve never done pole before but sharing this for a friend hopefully get some new people to join 🩷🩷🩷🩷
