🌟A recent job completed in Plympton🌟

👷A full loft conversion creating a master bedroom with en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and study area. Quite a tricky conversion as we had to convert a hipped roof to a gable end.

We were then invited back to turn the clients existing dining room, which had a poly-carbonate roof, into a more useable space with the addition of a roof lantern.
This project allows the clients to use this room all year round, as previously it was either too hot ☀️ or too cold! ❄️

🛠️🪚👷🏼‍♂️It's been pretty busy these past two years.....not that we are complaining!

The time has come to say "farewell" to a very valued member of the Elm Building Services team.

Adam Skelley has been with us for the last two and a half years and has been a massive credit to the team and company.

He will be sorely missed but we wish him all the best in his next venture and would highly recommend him to anyone.

🌪What a crazy year it's been and it's not over yet!

🖥I'm very sorry if you have emailed me or requested a quotation and I haven't had the chance to come back to you yet.

🧱The building industry has gone a bit bonkers of late, but if you have contacted me I will come back to you.

📆The diary is already busying up for next year, so if you're thinking of extending or renovating, then please be advised that there is more than a 6 month wait at the moment.

💷I know this is in US dollars, but this situation is real in the UK too!

Almost all materials have escalated in price over the last 12 months and are continuing to rise. 📈

📝We aim to keep our estimates as cost effective as possible, but we do need to keep them in line with the prices we have to pay.
