First and 2nd plumbing and electrical work
First and 2nd fix plumbing
Fully tile

What use to be one big room with dwarf smalls to divide it up is now two rooms.
Sound block plaster board used.
Type and jointed
Painted
Two doors fitted.

From a call out about leak that brought the celing down in the kitchen to a new bathroom. Panel’s chosen by the customer.
Full new floor
New pipe work
Lower celing
New spot lights and fan.

Worktop swap for Howdens the other week. Lucky none of the tiles came off so it was a nice easy one for a change.

Full bathroom remodel
From a tired old bathroom into this beautiful one

Taken wall down on landing to move door over so the bath could go on the other side.

Taken walls down in the bedroom which had the hot water cylinder in it and an old Wardrobe space to make the bathroom a little bit bigger.

Full new soil stack on the outside. Cast iron to plastic. Some brick repairs to patch up old holes. (Customer had some bricks so they matched in perfectly)
