Recently completed ensuite makeover in Ackworth, we removed the old leaking quadrant shower and replaced the rotten plasterboard with tile backer board sealed with Aquadefense. We then installed a new large walk in shower, tiled walls, new vinyl click flooring, PVC skirting board, new basin vanity unit, new WC and finally finished with a large towel radiator. The fittings are brushed brass and look absolutely gorgeous against the pink tiles! I wasn’t sure at first but very impressed with the look 🤩🤩🤩

It might not look like much but when your customer has no access for anything bigger than a car then a wheelbarrow(s) will have to do the job! Oh and when you have to park 40m away just to make the job as easy as possible 🤣 so nearly 7 miles later and nearly 3 cubic meters of concrete part 1 is done 🥵🥵🥵

There’s always a “job” to do at home so a concrete base and some composite fencing is the best way to spend a bank holiday 🤩🤩

What a week to be working outside ☀️☀️☀️ stripped out the old decking the patchy grass and the very dodgy conservatory base and replaced them with a brand new 14m long lush Artificial Grass perfect all year round surface for their lad to practice his shooting on ⚽️⚽️😍😍

👀👀We have been a little quite on socials recently whilst pushing this project through in the background and its been a long one! Looks absolutely stunning tho i wont go into the previous owners dangerous DIY jobs on electrics, plumbing and gas! ☠️

The end result tho we have taken a shabby unfunctioning ground floor and created a beautiful open plan kitchen diner with utility room and a downstairs toilet squeezed under the stairs 🤩🤩🤩

After a week of some seriously dodgy DIY electrical work, unbelievably botched plumbing and more hidden gas pipes than appliances we have finally got the ground floor wall out and the steel in 🤩🤩🤩watch this space for updates 👀👀

When you finally get some 🌞🌞🌞 to be able to test out the solar powered pond feature 🤗🤗🤗 on to the final stage of this garden renovation..watch this space 👀👀

Well its been a horrible start to the landscaping year with the weather ☔️☔️ but were finally starting to see some green shoots on this garden, only the pond materials will be brand new everything else is recycled from whats already in the garden 👀👀 into the final stretch on it now tho but looks like ☔️☔️ or even snow ❄️ next week…😳

Old fashioned start to the landscaping year…when the access is even too narrow to get a wheelbarrow down out come the buckets 😳😬 and its amazing how much muck can be moved in a couple of days so 2 skips in and were starting to get some shape and the beginnings of a pond 🐟🐠🐡
