It was our pleasure to be part of the declaration ceremony of Major John Charles TD DL as High Sheriff of Mid Glamorgan on Wednesday.

His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Mid Glamorgan, Peter Vaughan CBE CStJ QPM, had the pleasure of presiding over the declaration of Major John Charles TD DL, as High Sheriff of Mid Glamorgan. Many high dignitaries were in attendance to watch this prestigious event.

The ceremony was held at St Catherine’s Church, Pontypridd, where former High Sheriff, Sharon Dixon DL, surrendered her sword of office to the Lord-Lieutenant, before it was presented to the incoming High Sheriff. Celebrations then continued at the YMa in Pontypridd town.

Events like these are truly special, and we are very grateful to have been chosen to play a role in such an important and memorable day for Pontypridd

🤍Last week we had the true honour of providing a funeral buffet in memory of a very special gentleman, David Howells. It’s moments like these that remind us our work is about more than food — it’s about bringing people together to share memories, comfort and to celebrate a life that meant so much to so many♥️

We were deeply grateful to have been trusted to play a small part in such a meaningful farewell. Our hearts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time🤍

Back in February, We were incredibly honoured to be asked to provide a small diabetic-friendly snack table for a Paediatric Diabetes Event on behalf of Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB, created especially for young people held at the YMa in Pontypridd🤍

Supporting young people living with diabetes, and contributing to an environment where they can learn, connect and feel supported, is something that truly means a great deal to us🤍

It was incredibly important that every element of the buffet was thoughtfully prepared and that every item was carefully chosen to be both appropriate for those managing diabetes and enjoyable for everyone attending🤍

Back in February, we were deeply humbled and honoured to create a heartfelt buffet in memory of a truly respected Life Member of Pontypridd RFC, Graham Gittins🖤🤍

It meant a great deal to be asked to provide the food for a gathering celebrating a life that meant so much to the club and to the wider community, Seeing friends, family, and members come together to share memories, stories, and to reflect on Grahams time at Pontypridd RFC was incredibly moving♥️

Our thoughts are always with the family, friends, and everyone connected with Graham, Thank you for trusting us once again to play a small part in such a meaningful day♥️
