Flat One, Butterscotch Before and After Photos. We moved the front door to create a fire lobby, did a partial rewire, complete re-plumb, installed a new bathroom, new kitchen, new windows, new doors, new walls, new carpet, new laminate flooring, and completely different landscaping with a patio.

Before and After Photos for Flat Four, 49 Kingston Road. We moved the doorway from the top of the stairs to the bottom of the stairs and made the flat open plan, which made it very light and bright. The view from the picture window goes all the way to the Purbecks and in the right light, it's even possible to make out Corfe Castle in the distance. We took the walls right back to the roof and rebuilt them from scratch, while we also rewired, re-plumbed, installed a new kitchen and bathroom, installed new windows, new doors, and new carpet. After taking the wall in the stairway back to brick, we made some repairs, sealed it and left it as brick, which now makes a stunning feature.

Flat Three, Gumdrop, 49 Kingston Road. For this flat, we took the walls back to brick, rewired, re-plumbed, re-plastered, installed a new kitchen, new bathroom, moved the doors to create a fire lobby, and installed new carpet. The results are stunning.

The Sweet Shop, 49 Kingston Road: a complete rewire, replumb, new walls, new windows, new Howdens kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring, and a new front door. We also added a courtyard garden and reworked the front of the building in brick with a porch roof. It's fabulous!
