Another neat installation completed by Alan & Brandon this week, installing a new fire exit door at a doctor’s surgery in Canford Heath 📍🩺

Unfortunately the UPVC door which we replaced was not really adequate for use in a high traffic area of the surgery and had started to become troublesome, often falling out of alignment 🫣🆘

Having assessed the problems our client had been experiencing, we suggested replacing it for a more robust commercial grade aluminium pivot door 🧐🚪

Not only is the new door more robust, the concealed door closer situated inside the top of the frame presents a neater look, whilst maintaining functionality ✅

Complete with panic bar escape hardware with external access if required. Rounding off the installation with signage to remain compliant 🚒🏥

Great to finally see the all new “Quartz Grey” finish from Endurance Doors in person! 🩶😍

Last week we removed the dated old Rosewood UPVC door to make way for the stylish new “Monte Rosa” composite door, finished in Quartz Grey externally and white internally for a neutral feel 👌🏻

The colourful “Twilight” glazing and bronze hardware work really well together and compliment the property’s style nicely 🏡

Another communal entrance door refreshed by Alan & Brandon recently in central Bournemouth 📍

Unfortunately the old doors had been freely swinging and as a result, the large entrance area had been insecure, causing concern for the residents 🫣

Our white aluminium commercial grade pivot doors have been installed with an electronic release and concealed door closers to ensure the building remains secure at all times 🔐

Working alongside another contractor installing a new intercom system, all residents can release the door from their flats and can enter either with keys or via a code 😎📲

Having worked closely with many of the local block management companies over the years, we have lots more communal entrance doors in the pipeline and look forward to sharing them with you 🏢

Unfortunately this pane to the front of the store had been targeted by vandals and needed to be replaced 🆘

2 of our skilled operatives attended and replaced the glass whilst the store resumed trading. Working safely around customers, staff and passing pedestrians ⚠️👷‍♂️

We recently installed this oversized front door to a property in Upton that is undergoing a full renovation throughout. We also installed new windows and a composite rear door 🏡

Opting for the modern “Amersham” design, finished in a custom Forest Green colour externally and white internally for a more neutral feel. Set off nicely with minimalist black hardware👌🏻

As aluminium doors are able to support heavier glazing than more commonly used composite or UPVC doors, these doors come with 66mm triple glazed units, utilising laminated safety glass as standard, for overall improved sound reduction, thermal efficiency and security 🔐

A busy few days for Barry & Darren installing 12 new Rosewood Tilt & Turn windows to this office block in central Bournemouth 📍

We previously replaced all 24 of the windows in the neighbouring offices back in 2023 so we are all too familiar with this complex 👷‍♂️

Removing old timber tilt and turn windows which had become rotten and dangerous, these offices will now benefit from improved heat retention, noise reduction and security 🔐

Not only that but they will no longer require extensive maintenance and also look much fresher and will do for years to come! 😍

Having recently replaced other high level glazing here, this time we were called out on a Sunday initially to make a ground floor unit safe by boarding over the broken glass 🆘

After some time, our quote to replace the toughened unit had been accepted and we returned soon-after to replace it. Carrying the works out safely during working hours to minimise disruption to staff and customers ✅

Here’s a straight forward conservatory replacement we completed earlier in the year on behalf of a local letting agent 🤝

The old conservatory had deteriorated over the years and had began to look tired. Further to this it had sprung a few leaks in places and generally the doors and windows had become difficult to operate 😬

As the property will remain as a rental, the landlord had requested a cost effective upgrade to make the space more useable and more aesthetically appealing 👀

As a result we suggested swapping this out like-for-like with Rosewood external frames and polycarbonate roof 👌🏻
