A recent Rendering job we has finished.
Taken off all the old bubble dash Render that was totally dead, and replaced 2 lintals above the front door and rear window. Metal mesh over cracks in existing brick work to minimise them returning. rendergrip on the old brick work to ensure a good bond to the new Render. New beads scratch coat and then top coat to finish

Old ceiling ripped down and new plasterboard put up, door and window reveals dot&dabs.
Render on the walls had blown so all taken back to brick and now re rendered ready for plastering.
