Bath out full length shower tray & enclosure in. Replace faulty heating element in towel rail & new extractor fan.

Getting loads of little jobs done this month.
Changing clicker basin wastes, new vanity basin, replace faulty temperature & pressure relief valve. Cold water taps & small basins for tea & coffee facilities, running pipe work for a new radiator, plumbing in a dishwasher, sort a leak on kitchen sink waste, repair leak on pipes in wall behind tiles and make good.
Still to do…..
Creaking floorboards, small kitchen refurb, replace faulty thermostatic shower valve and done 2 quotes and another 2 quotes to do for bathroom refurbs.
And not feeling too tired, which is a bonus!!
And I’ve even done me tax return.
Feeling it’s gonna be a good year.
