Stunning kitchen and downstairs cloakroom completed last week.

Full refurbishment on this property, including completely re-plumbing/re-wire the whole house. A new boiler was installed, downstairs cloakroom created and kitchen fitted.

Kitchen and hall floor levelled and tiled with porcelain tiles to complete the look. Glass splashback to follow.

Clean modern kitchen installed by the Absolute team with kick-space hydronic heater, running from central heating system providing a great heat source. The space has clean lines thanks to integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher- all supplies by Howdens. New spotlights were added along with accent lighting under cabinets as well as in plinths.

The floor was very uneven and presented a huge challenge as it is a tongue and groove chipboard sub base (most floor levellers will not allow for this). However with some excellent advice from a Bostic rep, we found the right product to level it perfectly and lay this beautiful herringbone LVT through the downstairs.

The cloakroom also had a revamp, utilising the unusual shape corner via a bespoke cabinet to maximise storage space and cute little wash hand basin, finished with a classy new tall panel radiator. Offcuts of the kitchen wall panelling were utilised to finish the look.

Beautiful kitchen including stunning quartz worktops, decorative plinths, feature hob and extractor units complete with quadrant posts finish the look.

Floor levelled and tiled with 800x800 porcelain tiles, old door replaced with full height window and new skirting fitted. The panelling on the wall creates a great backdrop to the room.

Loved doing this kitchen and concealed utility room. Space was taken from the garage and knocked through to create an amazing space. Room completely dry lined and skimmed, plumbing reconfigured and kitchen rewired. Finished off with click vinyl flooring and new skirting- further pictures to follow…

Beautiful, stylish navy blue shaker style kitchen with quartz worktops (supplied by Wren). Complete with integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Really enjoyed the transformation on this one, it has been brought right up to date. The navy blue kitchen is paired perfectly with simple white walls that make it really stand out and finish the look perfectly.
