A nice start to a sunny week replacing this failed GRP roof in Salcombe. It was actually a roof on a roof. Someone had boarded over an existing roof. All removed, joists treated on request of the customer ahead of a new 18mm OSB3 timber substrate in readiness for the Sika Single Ply roof. All rubbish removed and this garage is back to being a useable, functional space before the summer.

What we do best - Domestic refurbishment.

Old felt and boards removed, falls adjusted to eliminate unsightly ponding, and a new Sikaplan Single ply roof with bespoke sump metals making this roof look clean and crisp.
