Great site visit to this refurbishment project - altering the existing spaces to create linked spaces that make it open enough to feel connected but defined enough to feel cosy when the winter hits!

These projects are currently being developed into detailed designs ready for construction

First is a beautiful old mill building being restored and repurposed for holiday accommodation

Second is a rear extension to a 50s house with a modern twist

Third is a gorgeous Rectory being modernised and altered to suit a new family

Today we had our first client & contractor meeting on this lovely cottage in Portstewart - this is small but has many features to make the best use of the space
