Running the numbers, and now running for a fantastic cause! 🏃🏻‍♀️

In May 2026, our Finance Manager, Claire, will be taking on a half marathon in support of Rowans Hospice, a charity that means so much to her family and friends.

Claire has already smashed her initial target, but we’re not stopping there. Every additional donation, however big or small, will help Rowans continue to provide vital care and support for those who need it.

Emergency Fire Alarm Panel Replacement ✅

During a scheduled 6-monthly PPM visit to this Portsmouth Secondary School, we discovered a critical fault with the existing panel which made it obsolete and no longer compliant.

This resulted in a very late night for 2x of our engineers who replaced the old panel with a brand new MXPro 5 panel and repeater panel (powered by caffeine & kebabs 😅) so that it would be up and running for the next school day.

Meanwhile, our in-house designer carried out a full site survey of the school and produced this brand-new, fully compliant fire alarm zone plan, much clearer and easier to understand than the last and correctly oriented at each node.

The system is now fully operational, compliant and has a beautiful new zone plan next to it 👌🏼
