Type one scalps under slabs, path screeded and leveled
-we relaid the old slabs
-new aco drains fitted
- Victorian tiles for the path (loads of working out and cuts )
-everything sealed, grouted and pointing in.

Dirty big slab this one 75m2 of Indian sand stone paving , out with the old slippery rotten decking then we raised the the slab around 400mm so a lot of crush/type1 40 tonnes worth by wheel barrow , new bespoke gate, new concrete post and fence panels a couple of brick steps and buff pavetuf grout to finish

Latest little front extension to create another bedroom and internal porch, tricky start digging foundations with 3 cables plus water to miss ,then pretty straight forward finished to a plastered finished, also landscaped the front garden, start to finish 6 weeks

Gave my games room a bit of a make over, I paneled the walls plus fitted an oak shelf , amtico herringbone floor, fibre optics plant wall, all new recessed down lights , glass rinser, refurbed the oak worktops, built a corner table, Sonos sound system and a new dark grey paint job portsmouthbuilder Portsmouth
