In any other area of the house you'd seal your new plaster with a mistcoat of contract emulsion,
Contract emulsion is never a suitable finish for a bathroom! This new plaster in this bathroom has been sealed with a coat of zinsser Gardz and will be top coated with Acrylic Eggshell, the most durable finish you'll find for a moisture critical area, and it'll last you a lifetime, no cracking, no staining, no flakey paint after 3 months.. do it right and save yourself a few quid in the long run 👍
