Very dated and old heating and hot water system. the brief: better water pressure, efficient, more heat output and reliability. The client hadn’t even seen the Quality of the water stored in there loft that they would have been brushing there teeth with and showering using the hot water cylinder water also. keep your eyes pealed for the brown water and filthy cisterns.-Removed the old LEAD water mains and run a completely new 25mm water mains. - new pressure is outstanding and it’s out 3 bar incoming and crazy flow rate.-Fitted a water conditioner to reduce scale in the pipework and on the sanitary ware/outlets.- Remove the old hot water cylinder containing that brown water they were showering in 🤮 and remove that 20 year old non condensing unefficient boiler.-flush the heating system tho all pipework and radiators are being replaced in next few weeks to improve the efficiency of the system to its max.- Fit a new High pressure unvented cylinder and high efficiency Vaillant boiler both relocated to the garage with all new pipework and valves freeing up valuable space inside the house and removes all pipework from the loft area.- upgrade the system by adding zone valves for the future underfloor heating install taking place in feb.End result was Fresh clean drinking water straight from the mains delivered at a High pressure to all outlets. hot water that heats up in 20 minutes rather than the previous hour and stays hotter for twice as long due to being fully insulated. A heating system that heats up twice as fast, giving out a lot more heat whist being twice as efficient as the precious boiler ✅🤗
