Started this bathroom a while back it was a pain from the word go the pipes that run under the bath I had to reroute and the waste pipe to bath had been covered outside with a extension so I had to cut into flat roof to remove the lead wast and replace with new and get more fall for tray to work I am panelling the walls all the plaster came off with old tiles so been dot and dabing walls, nearly there I have had to stop as the customer has gone on holiday which has worked for me as I have had a opp on my heart and recovering from it.

Had to cut into the flat roof of the extension to sort out the wast pipe for new shower as the person that built the extension left the old lead waste then covered it with the roof of the extension even coupled the bath waste to it and then fit 40mm plastic to take it to the side of extension water was not getting away as no brackets fitted to 3 meter pipe so it was sagging.

Customer floor was collapsing under the carpet as you can see woodworm had absolutely eaten the life out of floorboards also someone had cut a grove for a wire and unbelievable has cut it in down the side of joist I see something every year that makes me smile. Had to spray joists and under the old floorboards.

anyone had a new Baxi Boiler fitted and found it noisy ours is in the garage on a cavity wall that backs onto the dining room and when the central heating is on it sounds like a plane going over the house and it’s annoying as our lounge and dining room are open plan.
