Installing a new kitchen mixer tap on Tulketh Brow 😓… looks great … 10 year guarantee.

Removing the old tap and adjusting the pipes took longer than fitting the actual new tap… small jobs aren’t always quick.

Attending to some small jobs on Egerton Road in Ashton for a repeat customer:

✅ hung three pictures
✅ three new light bulbs
✅ wallpaper repair
✅ moved some heavy items

Nothing too difficult, but they do make a difference

Six window reveals painted in Zinsser Perma-white. Surface mould from UPVC condensation has gone…a light sand & caulk & two coats of perma white 👍

Tiny job in a tiny room…still did the prep and left making sure it looked clean & fresh

Armstead contract matt is fine for ceilings…budget friendly, quick drying, good opacity.

Paint problems?

We use Zinsser to get over horrors:

👌 BIN for priming bare wood, changing from oil to water-based paint & blocking water marks

😡 Peel stop for flaky paint like when a bathroom has been painted with contract matt - the curse of steam & water

👍 Perma-White to prevent mould growth. Available in various tints
