Job done in Garstang , this was a tough job , took me 2 days just to strip it all ,, hall / stairs / landing.
striped walls of old wallpaper , when I stripped walls they had never been painted so was bare plaster I washed all walls and did that twice just to get rid of all glue residue , then had to paint all walls in magnolia eclipse paint so would soak into plaster then it allowed me to fill all walls , I did a lot of filling on these walls a few times before I got it all , sanded it all , painted walls in Farrow & Ball colour, all white woodwork sanded and undercoated , top coat in brilliant white satin to all doors & frames, skirtings , loft hatch, ( front door had to be painted in zinsser bin first because it was varnished in mahogany stain ) then undercoated then filled it , undercoated again then 2 top coats , all white woodwork finished in brilliant white satin and did some touch ups on stained woodwork stairs. ceilings painted matte white. after photos first then beforehand,, I didn't get any photos of striped walls because I was grafting and just didn't get time and I forgot..
