Pagola: A few weeks back we completed this super Pagola. The customer wanted it to span the full width of their house. So we decided on the 2 different roof heights. Left handside will be the cooking side, right hand side the seating area. Doing this made the Pagola a really nice feature, whilst being less intrusive. Removing the gravel and paving bricks to extend the patio.

Bathroom renovation.
Old Bath was only 1450 with the original hot water cylinder cupboard at the end.
So rip out and replace with standard 1700 bath. Create 2 shelves.
Obscure step up to the bath. Removed and the bath lowered to give more height space.
Retire, new floor, service toilet with fill and flush valves.
New shower valve install modern but in keeping with existing taps etc
Job done.

Replaced a timber floor
Customer noticed the floor had gone in one area.
On removing the floor covering the whole floor was rotten. Historical leak.
There was so much debris under the floor from other work people over the years. All cleared out.
Joist replaced due to dry rot etc
Timber support frame built to carry new joist and support staircase
New floor boards lay and a good quality laminate
