Me and Dean the last 6 month have mainly consisted of this beauty
Being given the chance to do the joinery work on this stunning property doesn’t come around all the time (wish it did)
From making custom frames and doors to lining windows,skirtings and architraves,reinstating stair parts, panelling throughout even making doors to match this job has it all
Still a bit to do but to see it come together makes the hard work worth it

What a transformation Just in time for Xmas
Supporting wall removed steel installed 1 wall bricked up to create a open plan kitchen/diningroom
Floors replaced as original was 85mm out of level
New windows and doors new downstairs wc and washer dryer room
New electrical consumer units and a full rewire
New plumbing to kitchen and bathroom
Fresh plaster throughout new coving to match the original features
New paint to order kitchen from Howdens Lytham
Amtico flooring throughout with new skirts
And finally new decoration throughout

Today’s job was to rip out a newly fitted bathroom from a so called gas engineer/propery service company unfortunately for the customer the results were average at best
Please do your homework on who takes on your project
Shower leaking
Floor squeaking
Skirting boards and beading looks like a 5yr old has done it
End panels cut with a multitool
Silicone to hide the mistakes
Toilet waste flowing up hill
Shower panels cut 15mm too short

We took it all out re boarded and ply lined the floor
Refitted the laminate correctly
New skirting boards
Refitted unit with properly cut end panels
Sorted the leaks

Customer is finally happy with there bathroom
