Well it's here another project completion day.

Using locally sourced and sustainable materials is key for our business. Scottish larch is beautiful and weathers incredibly well. It's not just for fencing. It's been used in Scotland for centuries to clad external buildings.

Check out this timber framed garage, kitted out with sockets , LED batten lights.

Last week's completion.

Making best use of your property is key for all home owners. When build costs for extensions are above £2.5k per square metre, its worth looking at how to use your existing space to your full benefit. A very worthwhile exercise.

This property was built in 1950s has a brick and tiled roofed garage ....... Fast forward to 2023's it's now completely renovated with energy efficient rigid insulation on all walls floor and rood, uPVC windows and doors. LED lighting internally and externally.

Great additional family space that is real value for money.

A small break for me now to allow for post knee op recovery.

Next couple of projects - timber framed garage and garden design and remodel.
