This build started with the removal of an old, unused shed and was transformed into a fully insulated, steel-framed garden room and extension system, designed for true year-round use.

Externally, the contrast of premium brandy Shou Sugi Ban timber to the front and side, paired with sleek black galvanised steel cladding, creates a bold, contemporary finish that stands out for all the right reasons. Anthracite French doors and a discreet hidden door keep the look clean and refined.

Inside, the space has been fully plastered and finished in crisp white, with durable commercial-grade flooring and a smart layout that includes a dedicated office area and separate storage room. Every element has been designed for comfort and practicality, from the 2kW wall-mounted heater and humidistat-controlled ventilation to the hard-wired WiFi and ambient LED lighting throughout.
