A large drainage and landscaping project recently completed in Yr Erw, Rhosfawr. This area of the garden had become extremely wet and was largely unusable, so we worked with the customer to come up with a plan to transform the space. 💪

The project included:
Importing and installing 150 tonnes of recycled material to improve drainage and raise the ground level
Excavating a new outlet to the nearby stream
Creating new pathways throughout the area
Constructing a unique druid stone circle using 8 boulders, each representing a different meaning
Levelling the entire area to create a mower-friendly finish
Building a small rockery using the remaining stone, ready for planting

A waterlogged and neglected area has been completely transformed into an attractive, practical, and accessible space that can be enjoyed year-round.

A fantastic result and a great transformation from start to finish.

🌟Another successful septic tank installation completed at a nice property in Station Llangybi, Chwilog.

The existing system was no longer compliant with current regulations, and following a CCTV drainage survey, we discovered that the original pipework was in very poor condition.

The project included:
• Installation of a new 10-person septic tank
• New managable leachfield installation
• Replacement drainage pipework throughout
• Installation of 3 new access chambers
• Levelling and topsoiling of two lawn areas to leave the site neat and tidy

This provided a compliant and reliable drainage system for years to come.🌟

🌟 Another project completed 🌟

We’ve recently finished creating new parking areas, motorhome pitches, and giving the entrance a full refresh Pen-yr-orsedd camping and caravanning a lovely spot in Llangenadl. 100 tonnes of MOT Type 2 sub-base was supplied, laid, and compacted to ensure a solid, long-lasting finish. Big thanks to O J Jones & Son LTD or their excellent service with aggregate deliveries 👏

Renewing Drains for a property in Rhosfawr. The old clay pipes had dipped, moved and set with little to no fall. New manholes fitted, missing almost all the cables and water pipes. Luckily the one i did clip wasnt live🤦‍♂️😂 the whole area was filled with rubble and boulders which made it a nightmare excavate. Back filled with sub base and recycled stone and topped off with matching 20mm decorative slate. Happy customer

🌟Raft foundations dug in Clynnog for a new extension. All excavated material was kept on site and made into a tidy U shaped bund around a new parking area, road way created to access extension🌟

Damproofing work in Chwilog, we were called out to this property around christmas time with water coming up in the living room. We excavated all the wet clay and created a large french drain below the foundation stones with dpc against the property. Everything now falling away from the house. The old tired concrete broken away and removed off site and replaced with nice 20mm decorative stone. Job well done

New septic tank system completed in Mynytho, the old tank was too small for the existing house. The baffle wall had failed therefore the soakaway had blocked. New foul connections in the garden. Over growth cleared for our bespoke managable leachfield and the tank was fenced off keeping livestock away from the tank🌟🌟
