Another happy customer. This time an old lead covered bay window had weathered and was leaking into the customer's bedroom. All old lead and old tongue and groove boards removed and replaced with 18mm OSB and EPDM rubber membrane. All aspects of roofing covered here at JM Roofing.

This customer had a re-roof from another roofer less than 2 years ago. Most of the work carried out was a good standard but the previous roofer failed to check the lead valleys for wear and tear. JM Roofing to the rescue with a brand new code 5 lead valley, felted underneath to add an extra layer of protection. Safe to say the customer no longer has a leak and they have the peace of mind of a job well done.

One from last summer. A conservatory converted into an orangery. All brickwork, fascias and boards installed by other tradesmen. JM Roofing stuck the EPDM rubber, trims and rubber corners. Still looks well 12 months on.
