🛠 About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Producing detailed technical drawings & construction packages
Working through RIBA stages with a focus on technical design
Collaborating with consultants & contractors
Conducting site visits and surveys
Managing your own workload
Supporting junior team members
✅ What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in an architectural technician role
Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit a bonus)
Excellent knowledge of UK/IOM Building Regulations
Strong technical detailing ability
Confident communicator & team player

We are pleased to announce that following an extensive recruitment drive we have welcomed Elizabeth (Lizzie) Cowin to our team. Lizzie joins us after securing her MA in Architecture and is working towards her RIBA and ARB affiliations. She continues the strong family links in the profession on the Island - many of you will remember fondly her grandad, a former partner and architectural historian in Davidson Marsh and Co - Frank Cowin - when they were based in Athol Street. Please join me in congratulating her on her graduation.
