Another outside job completed ☀️👍
In places these stones had started to break up behind the paint so they had a good scrape down and clean up before finishing in Sandstone coloured Dulux Weathershield giving a nice fresh look with the downspout finished in Gloss black to complete.

Now expecting rain....

Thanks to a break in the British weather we've managed to get the 1st outside job done of the year ☀️

This property has been given a nice facelift taking the render from a tired Magnolia to a fresh looking Dulux weathershield Sandstone, Sandtex used on the stonework changing from black to grey and Dulux black gloss finish for the Fascias, gutters & downspout.

With both internal & external bookings in May & June the diary is filling up.

A nice start to 2024. A couple of feature walls completed in this property and the laundry room had the walls, ceiling and all the woodwork redone 👌

To get the calender booked up for the 1st half of 2024, all quotes given and accepted in January will come with a nice New years discount 👌 See the flyer below👇

The T's & C's

- Any quotes given will be provided in the form of an Estimate emailed to the client. If the quote is accepted and the client wishes to pay the deposit amount before the 31st January 2024, the 20% internal or 15% external discount will be applied before making payment.

-The offer applies for prebooked work to be carried out from 14th January 2024 until 31st May 2024.

-The 20%/15% discount applies to all new & existing customer until 31st January 2024, with the 10% discount for existing customers being valid on quotes from the 1st February 2024 until March 2024 with the same terms as above.

-As External work is weather dependant, bookings should be made with the view for work to commence from 15th March 2024 onwards.

That's the final job completed for 2023 👍

After the walls previously being stripped of woodchip and the ceiling being freshly plastered, the customers wanted the Kitchen finishing in time for Xmas.

The ceiling and walls were mist coated with a white contract matt as a 1st coat, then finished in a white Dulux kitchen matt emulsion with the wall being done in a Dulux easycare matt in Timeless.

The brown doors were prepped using a dustless sander set up, then a coat of Zinsser BIN adhesion primer followed by 2 coats of Dulux Satinwood. The door casings, skirting boards and food hatch were sanded, undercoated and finish in Satinwood.

Regardless of the size of job, prep is always key to a good finish 👌. The customers have said that the kitchen feels transformed and I think that's the best way to end the working year 🎊🎆🎉

Any messages regarding work will still be responded to during the Holiday season and will be more than happy to come and give a quote for any work required.

I can now let the customer enjoy their Christmas in peace 👍

The 1st photo shows the difference between the glosswork at the start of the job and the finish achieved after a sand down, undercoat and gloss using Dulux oil based brilliant white.

All doors, casings, skirting boards and window sills received the same care. The ceilings have been painted and the walls finished using a durable matt emulsion in Timeless. Features walls painted and the downstairs toilet papered to give some character to a small space 👌

I will be back in the new year to this property to carry out further work with a few other jobs also lined up to get the new year started 👍

The ceiling and covings painted and the livingroom back to normal by the end of the day 👍
