A complete kitchen modernisation we have now finished. Turning this dark kitchen area into a lighter space, therefore making the room feel much larger.

• Removal of disused chimney stack
• Window size alterations

Another kitchen/Diner knock through we completed late last year. We installed the RSJ during the summer with all relevant works and once the kitchen was fitted we was asked to return to decorate and fit LVT flooring. 🤩

Here are some pictures of an ICF new build house we are in the process of building. This has been a 10-12 week turnaround from the first block being laid up until the roof was ready for covering with only a team of four.

This is a super efficient house with energy savings of up to 70%
which is something we would all happily have during these winter months.

What a difference this has made!

Here we have removed a load bearing wall separating the dining room from the kitchen, once removed we fitted a steel goal post onto our new foundations we dug. We also built a stud wall dividing the living room/diner with a sliding pocket door.

Once the clients had finished designing their new kitchen we had it re-wired & skimmed. Then proceeded with the tiling & fitting of the kitchen. Very pleased with the outcome!!

A timber frame extension we completed last November.

Here we added an extra bedroom and hall in the old bathroom, added a doorway through the disused chimney and created a stunning bathroom that fits perfectly into this characteristic home.

Finished just in time for Christmas!

We have re-designed this beautiful home to the clients plans.

The kitchen area was being used as an annex, we have moved the annex to the other side of the house and opened this area up to create a much more free flowing house.

In the old utility and dining room we created the new annex with a new bathroom and front door into the side of the house. We also used the kitchen that was removed to create the kitchenette.

We completed this in six weeks along with a number of other smaller jobs in the house.

A big project that we have worked on throughout the last year. We did a massive chunk of this, both externally and internally and are over the moon with the outcome. Here’s a list of just some of the jobs completed by us.

• Building the flat roofs
• Battening and render board
• Roof alterations to allow for larger soffit
• Gym roof
• Garage truss roof with hand cut section
• Soffit, facia & guttering
• Concrete window sills
• Oak porch
• Jetty formed on both sides at the front of house
• Doors & linings, skirting and architrave
• Staircases x 3
• All kitchen areas
• Wardrobes to all bedrooms inc walk in wardrobe
• Front door fitted
• Cladding to garage

Here is a Victorian style conservatory we restored back to its former glory. This was leaking in every possible place. So we removed all the old putty on the roof and replaced it with rubber sealed beading. Renewed the putty where it was leaking on the sides and spliced new timber to every rotten part we uncovered.
