Mack 1 Build recently finished project. Double storey brick build extension to create and large open planned kitchen and family room. Extended two bedrooms upstairs, New front porch ,windows through out and landscaping to the rear. Great project to be apart of from the first planning meetings through the planning process to the finished article. Many thanks to Charlotte and David for being a pleasure to work for.

Latest@project underway. Loft conversion creating two bedrooms and a bathroom in the loft. Revising the first floor layout for the new stair well and new bathroom.

Media wall built by mack1. Built from Mdf then painted with cupboards shelves hidden draws and led fire place. Led lighting installed to finish the look.

This is Mack1 builds latest project. This rear extension on a bungalow extents the existing roof line to create a full height vaulted kitchen room with sliding doors and gable windows. The internal layout was revise to create a utility room and w/c. This project was managed in house from the first discussions with the client through the design process to the final product. Many thanks to Terry and Lesley for all the coffees beers and ice creams. Would like to thank our suppliers and my team.

Skilled Multitrades Person wanted… must have some experience in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, bricklaying, roofing, plastering, groundwork & decorating. Needed Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Must have own tools and own way of getting to and from site within Rayleigh/Southend area with competitive pay.

Person must be reliable, have good time keeping, hardworking “can do” personality, excellent client skills & be able to work alone and as part of a team.

Mack1 builds latest project finished. Bringing a 125 year old house back to life. This project required fulling stripping back to start the remodel which includes for us New loft complete with new clay tiles. Revised internal layout. New parra pit roof extension with missing corner. New windows and doors all supplied by Mack 1. This project was left at first fix for the client to finish. thank you to our suppliers
