All products are rigorously tested to recognized standards and our aim is always to provide first class service to secure properties, protecting the things that matter most to our customers.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Customer Service and Administrative Officer role located in Aldermaston, RG7 8EN. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing great customer service and administrative support, handling phone calls and email enquiries with professionalism, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks including quotes, invoices and payments, scheduling of surveys, call outs and installation work, and ensuring timely accurate communication between the office and engineering teams. They will utilise well-developed clerical skills to ensure smooth daily operations for this small family business.
Qualifications:
1. 2+years’ experience in customer service, administration, and/or personal/executive assistance - experience in the security or service industry is a plus
2. Well-developed clerical skills
3. Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
4. Detail-oriented and organised
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Word, Outlook, and Excel)
7. GCSE/A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
