**** SPRING IS OFFICIALLY HERE!!! 🎉 ☀️ ****
Now that spring is here, it’s time to get your gardens ready, for the beautiful spring and summer weather that’s on the way! So it may be worth getting in touch with us to book a maintenance visit. Below is all the information you need, should you wish to book or discuss this further, please drop us a message.
Royal Lawnz maintenance service:
What’s included?
- The perimeter of the lawn will be checked to make sure it is securely fixed down.
- Any joins you may have will be checked to make sure they are still looking good and haven’t come apart.
- The grass will be brushed up with a mechanical brush to clear out any dirt deep within the grass and also make the pile stand up again, if looking flat.
- Have you got a burn mark (ci******es, stray firework, BBQ?) or perhaps a stain (Paint, chemicals etc?) if so, providing you have kept your off cuts from the installation, as instructed in your care plan, we can remove the defect and repair your grass.
What’s the cost?
- The maintenance costs just £50 if your lawn is 20m2 or less, £80 per visit if your lawn is 20m2-50m2 or £100 per visit if it’s over 50m2. It is payable on the day of the work carried out, no deposit required. Please contact us for a quote on large commercial areas. It is not a contract, we will ask you on the day of maintenance if you wish to have it done again in the future, so we can book you in. If you agree to have it done and wish to cancel at any time, you are free to do so WITH NO cancellation cost. All we ask is that you give us 48 hours notice.
What we recommend to maximise the lifetime of your grass:
- 2 maintenance checks a year. One around spring time to have your garden looking clean and fresh for you to enjoy all spring and summer. Also another one at the start of autumn, to give the grass a final clean before the autumn and winter weather comes which will reduce the dirt throughout those months. If your budget only allows 1 visit a year it is not an issue, 1 visit is better than none and it won’t harm the grass in any way.
- If you have a very low maintenance garden with no trees, bushes or flower beds, then 1 visit a year will probably be enough.
- It is also worth considering having the grass cleaned and brushed when having large garden parties. It is not essential but a quick brush up prior to the party would really show off your garden to your guests. Also a clean and brush up after the party would help restore the grass after food and drink spillages and lots of walking around on it throughout the day and night of the party. With a sore head and hangover the next day, the last thing you want is to be cleaning the garden as well as the house, leave that to us! 👌🏻
- Please note: These maintenance checks are not essential when thinking about choosing artificial grass. These are simply to maximise the lifetime of the product and to keep your garden looking great and clean.
