Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
⏱️ Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver windows and doors across the United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Follow a planned route schedule efficiently
Provide excellent customer service at all times ⭐

📚 Full training provided – we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow with our company.

Requirements:
✔️ Full, clean UK driving licence
✔️ Must be over 21 (insurance purposes)
✔️ Confident driving a long wheelbase van with side racks

Working Hours:
🌅 Start times from 5:00am
🏨 Occasional overnight stays may be required
🌅 Based from our brand new 12,000sqft factory in Newbury, Berkshire

Salary & Benefits:
💷 £14.00 per hour starting wage
🎯 Weekly performance bonuses

2026 trends to look out for…
This year we predict to see a rise in ‘warm neutrals’ such as cream, pebble and Irish oak. With cream gaining significant popularity in recent years. Flush casement will continue to be the luxury choice for UPVC.
We also anticipate a rise in custom RAL partially panelled aluminium doors, with ‘moss green’ being a new favourite.
For door hardware we predict to see arise in bronze and brushed bronze being chosen.

We recently had a customer who wanted a gable end window with bifolds below that all lined through. It was a lot of design and technical work both sides but the finished product is absolutely beautiful and worth the work!
Products: fixed aluminium window, style 2 aluminium window, aluminium 3 pane bifold. All finished in a pebble grey to match the house trim.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced window and door installer to join our team!

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am on site
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
Employment type: Employed or Self-Employed
Perks: A branded company van and all tools are provided.
Based: Theale, Berkshire.
