This one had a leak for a while, also must of been pretty cold as was not insulated.
Strip of complete roof remove plasterboard inside.
Insulate complete roof, reboard and apply 3 layer torch on felt system.

Removal of old garage doors,2 course damp proof stop any water getting underneath,
100mm celotex vapour barrier and finished with T&G cladding.
All ready to keep warm for the winter.
