Laurels Plant Centre grew from a hobby in 1971, since then we have grown from a single glasshouse to the 14 tunnels and glasshouses which are used today. We supply plants to the public and wholesale to local businesses.

As a Nursery & Grower our planting is well under way for autumn & winter bedding... This year our 6 packs will stay at last years prices. Up to 40% cheaper than other local Garden Centres .

We still have a few Million Bells (Trixie) 12" hanging baskets left at the Nursery - Special price of £10 each. These free-flowering, trailing annuals will continue to flower until the first frost.

We'll be at Silchester Village Market this Saturday 1st August. I'll have Trixie hanging baskets £10, Sunbeckia £10, Gerbera £5.00, Hardy Fuchsia £5.00, Alstroemeria £9.95 along with a selection of shrubs.

Its Rudbeckia Sunbeckia time again at Laurels - These sturdy, upright deciduous perennials with dark green, velvety foliage and large daisy-like flowers. Provides a long flowering period from summer through until the first frosts.

Although we are currently closed they can still be purchase by either messaging us via Facebook or dropping us an email to [email protected]

The plants are in 7.5ltr pots for a price of £10 each. They grow to around 75cm in height, and are available in three varieties 'Maya' (yellow dark centre) 'Sarah' (orange and yellow petals) and 'Maya' (plain yellow),

It's our last week open before we close on 12th July. We re-open September 12th for the Autumn and Winter season.

We have a last week offer of x2 12" Trixie hanging baskets (pictures below) for £25.00.

Also the first of the Rudbeckia 'Sunbeckia' (pictures below) are available, these are amazing plants with incredible colour and repeat flowering, lasting into October.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has supported through the spring & summer, we are lucky to have such wonderful customers.

This weekend on Saturday 4th July we'll be at Silchester Village Market with a selection of perennials, dahlia, gerbera, alstroemeria, Hydrangea, hanging baskets & shrubs.

Its a fantastic market (indoor and outdoor) with loads of fantastic stalls full of goodies (many edible 😀) Hope to see you there 🌺🌸🌼🌻
