I took up a old decking years ago and had saved the timber at long last I have found a use for it whilst trying to keep my children entertained, my trainee carpenters are very pleased with the result of there new den, please get in touch if this is something you or someone you know may like, a den can give many hours of fun and can easily be mounted on a raise deck for that tree house look.

A unused loft space brightened up with some plasterboard that has been jointed and painted , with a high tech insulation underneath to help those heating bills in the winter and to help keep the house cool in the summer,this space will be great for storage just got to make some bespoke cupboard fronts and lay a nice laminate floor next

Recent stair conversion carried out the original staircase had never had any form of hand railing or even a newel post , unfortunately the owner had a very nasty fall forcing her to improve on safety , we think it looks much better too
