With the warmer weather coming I hope, you should run your central heating for a few minutes every couple of weeks just so the motorised valves move over so it keeps them free and stops them from seizing up.

Just a quick one; make sure that any plants that are growing up around your boiler flue are cut back so the boiler doesn’t start malfunctioning because it can’t get the correct amount of air into it and the flue gases can disperse correctly. If you need any heating advice do get in touch. Stay safe- and warm!

With the warm weather that is here don’t forget to run your heating for a few minutes every couple of weeks so the motorised valves on the heating system open and close. That way when you turn on your heating on in the winter the valves won’t have jammed up throughout the summer.
Don’t forget I’m a Baxi approved installer and if you do require a new boiler I can supply and fit a new boiler with a 10 year parts and labour warranty
