Is that autumn already?? 🍁🍂🍃 our second favourite season after spring 🌱

Time to get all those golden leaves cleared up, trees and hedges trimmed and fences secured ready for winter ❄️

If your hedges and trees require a trim or reduction or you just need a general garden tidy up ready for winter then don’t hesitate to get in contact, spaces are filling fast and we wouldn’t want you to miss out.

And we go again 💪🏽 less than 10 days to go until we take on 100k for British heart foundation for the second year running

Photos of a fence we completed recently using closeboard panels

If you scroll through the photos you will see that the old fence was very tired and in desperate need of replacing

We were asked to match the fencing on the opposite side of the garden which ment using closeboard panels, sat on gravel boards and 4 inch wooden posts

This customer asked for extra treatment to be added around the base of the post where it sits in the ground to prolong the life and stop rotting (hence the black around the bottom of the posts )

We left the posts proud on 1 part of the fence to allow for trellis to be added at a later date

Some before and afters of a job in Spencer’s wood

We were tasked with trimming / reducing all the hedges around the property to bring them back under control 🏡
We removed a small silver birch tree that was getting too big for the area and blocking the windows 🌳
We also edged along the pathways / brick edgings and boarders to make it easier for our client to keep ontop of them in future
We also tidied up the boarders in the front garden weeding, removing old shrubs and plants that were old and woody, plus pruning some very old roses
