The job that keeps giving, don’t bother taking the old laths off when replacing the tiles, oh and if it leaks afterwards just stuff a few tubes of silicone under the lead so whoever does the job properly has to spend half an hour trying to scrape it off🤬

Well, it’s new year already folks, time to wish my customers old and new a happy and prosperous new year, I thank you for your custom both the last few years and the coming year🤗
On the down side, later in the year I will be slowing down a bit, going into semi retirement mode 👨‍🦽‍➡️👩‍🦯

So I go to investigate a leak down queen street, next door has a new roof, the roofer decided to cut the gutter short and leave the stop end off, so they could fit lead over the party (or is it) wall, oh yea, we’ll just leave the box gutter full of sh*te as well, dosnt help like🙄

Had a look at a couple of job recently, told both potential customers I’d need a scaffold, both replied, iv got a tower
Didn’t bother sending either of them a quote, trying to cut corners before iv even quoted tells you it will be a nightmare job😳

Morning followers, over the past couple of days I picked up a few new roofs to do and yet another pointing job, even though I’ve told the customers it won’t be till late August/sept before I can drop on them, so if your touting my name for further work(which I do appreciate) can you tell whoever it is that I am extremely busy🤗
It’s good to be busy but can sometime get a bit hectic
