Hereā€™s a job in Ashton for a new client. My client previously hired a ā€œhandy manā€ which turned out to be an absolute disaster. Not only did his paint flake off the walls, he also covered all the PVC windows/facias in masonry paint.

- full pressure wash
- fungal treatment
- render repairs
- Zinsser peel stop on all flakey areas
- x3 coats of WRX silicone masonry

The diary is officially fully booked until the 2nd week of October. Any exterior work will now run from march 2027 onwards.

I will now be looking to book in some interior bits for the run up to Christmas.

Back in porthtowan this week for a return customer making good of this very dodgy plastering job. I would like to say I can decorate anything and make it look perfect but we all know that isnā€™t the case. Nevertheless, I did what I could to make this rather wavy looking ceiling look a little less wavy.

I have limited availability left for both August and September for exterior painting. I will be taking bookings until late September just before I go back inside for the winter months.

exterior painting package will include the followingā€¦

- full fungalcide wash
- clean down of all facia/gutters
- patch work and repairs if required
- breathable or silicone based masonry paint
- wood work preparation/painting is also an optional extra
