This is a great example of a joint effort between myself and the customer. I did some first fix plumbing. The customer handled all the decorating, flooring and woodwork, including beautiful solid oak trims. I then went back in and did the fit-out of the sanitaryware. The basin unit was the last thing to be chosen and left me with some fun cutting out the section of the (already fitted) skirting to allow it to go back to the wall. But with some careful measuring and marking it came out great.

Lovely 'country style' kitchen. The breakfast bar is a nice touch and is positioned perfectly for them to sit and eat while looking out the window into the garden. New louvre doors fitted to hide the oil boiler. Looks great with the addition of the customers decorations around.

These garage doors were pretty run down and starting to get pretty rotten. However the frames were still good. So the tongue and groove slats were removed and replaced, a couple of bits of frame were repaired and a new bottom rail fitted. All finished off and protected with some fresh weatherproof paint. Red was chosen to match the front door of the house.

Sleek, modern handleless kitchen. This job involved some extra bits. The wall behind the run of units with hob in was only 3ft long, so a stud wall was built to extend the wall and create the opening into the dining area. This wall wall built around 1ft thick to match the pillar that forms the other side of the opening. A second dwarf stud wall was built beside the door to allow for a cleaner look once the units went in. I really like the addition of the trim piece above the opening that connects the kitchen to the single tall unit the other side. I have to admit it was the customers idea, but he nailed it and I think it makes all the difference.

Plenty of storage space in this simple, clean bathroom. I really like their choice of the 'feature wall' panel on the right being grey to match the worktop.
