TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing us for your garden and lawn maintenance. We take pride in our work and are committed to providing a high standard of service. To ensure that we can carry out your maintenance safely and efficiently, we ask that you read and adhere to the following terms:
1. Access to Property – Please ensure clear access to your garden. Gates should be unlocked, and any alleyways, garages, or other access points should be kept clear on the day of your scheduled maintenance.
2. Obstacles on Lawns – Lawns should be kept free of children’s toys, garden furniture, ornaments, hoses, or any other items. If you are unable to move certain items, please inform us prior to the visit. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to obstacles left on the lawns.
3. Safety of Children and Pets – For safety reasons, please keep children and pets inside or away from the areas where maintenance work is being carried out.
4. Animal Waste – Lawns should be free from dog or cat faeces. A cleaning surcharge of £5 will apply if faeces are present, to cover additional cleaning of operators or machinery.
5. Lawn Debris – While we inspect lawns for stones, gravel, or other debris prior to cutting, some debris may be hidden in long grass. We do not accept liability for any damage caused by hidden debris, including damage to windows or vehicles.
6. Garden Lights – Please notify us of any solar lights, fairy lights, or other lighting in lawns, borders, shrubs, hedges, or trees. We cannot accept responsibility for any lights that are damaged if we are not informed prior to maintenance.
7. Laundry – Any laundry hanging on the line should be removed before maintenance. We cannot accept responsibility for any laundry that is soiled or damaged during work.
8. Cancellations / Changes – A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes to scheduled maintenance visits.
9. Missed Cuts – Missed cuts due to no access, animal faeces, or customer holidays will result in a double payment on the next scheduled visit.
10. Payment Terms – Payment is required in full within 24 hours of service.
11. Weather Conditions – Inclement weather may cause delays or changes to scheduled maintenance.
12. Late Payment Fee – A late payment fee of £20 will apply to invoices overdue by 2 weeks unless prior arrangements have been made.
Thank you for taking the time to read these important points. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your custom and look forward to maintaining your garden.
