General information
SmithSlate-Art create unique hand painted Slate art using natural slate and acrylics. David the artist has spent many years doodling and sketching initially preferring water colours to acrylics and oils. After many years of keeping his artistic skills to himself and close family he and his wife have decided to create SmithSlate-Art combining his love of art and nature. David paints landscapes,animals,plants and designs on to natural slate. Using acrylics and occasionally oils he creates beautiful pieces to be displayed around your home. The slates make great presents and can be personalised on request. As well as painting an image of your choosing David can add words or phrases to each slate to give it that extra personal touch. Please check out the photo gallery for works that have already been completed. This is still a very new venture so watch this space........
