I had the pleasure of being tasked with restoring the three sills and reveals on this lovely terrace property over the past two days the front door area was not being done on this job as my customer requested me not to paint it 👍

Day one I started by taping up all windows to protect them and then i started removing all the flaking old paint and racking out all the cracks ready to be filled , i then proceeded to paint everything with a exterior primer and then once the primer had dried I then filled all cracks and completely filling the front window sill as it was in a very poor condition, once the filler was dry I sanded everything to complete day one,

Day two was quite straightforward I started by painting two coats of sandtex white masonry paint on all reveals once dry I then painted all windows sills with two coats of sandtex anthracite masonry paint to finish 👍

Wow what a transformation this beautiful cottage now has some serious curb appeal 🤩

So we started preparing by scrapping, filling and sanding all cracked areas before covering all windows with tesa masking plastic before priming all areas with zinsser bullseye 123 primer,

We then painted two coats of Johnstone’s stormsheild masonry paint to all the main exterior walls mixed in the colour drop cloth by farrow and ball,
We then painted two coats of Johnstone’s stormsheild to the picture frame borders mixed in the colour school house white by farrow and ball,
We then painted two coats of Johnstone’s stormsheild to all the sills mixed in the colour The coal drop by Coat,
Then to finish we painted the the base trims around the property in zinsser all coat exterior satin in black.

We also cleaned all facia boards 👍

Wow what a amazing transformation on this beautiful terrace property 🤩

From start to finish working around the weather to get this house back to a amazing standard for our amazing customers 👍

We started the preparation and undercoating and priming with zinsser bullseye 123

Then we painted the render and brickwork with Johnstone’s trade stormshield mixed in custom colours and I can say a fantastic choice they was 👌

To finish we painted the gutter’s, fascia boards and downpipes in zinsser allcoat exterior satin mixed in the same colour as the brickwork

Amazing transformation on this beautiful property,

We started by removing all damaged and flaking paint from all affected areas including the gutters fascia boards and drain pipes , then we filled sanded and primed everything
We then Painted two coats of granocryl black masonry paint to all brickwork and two coats of zinsser all coat exterior to facias, gutters and drain pipes 👍

Hall, stairs and landing completed a few weeks ago and forgot to post the video
Had the pleasure of using Johnstones durable acrylic Matt emulsion for walls and ceiling
And Johnstones aqua guard durable satin for all woodwork

Finished off painting this beautiful property this morning for a amazing customer of mine
