New joists & floorboards
Shower tray, boards & 9.5kw shower.

A floating Kermit & unit taken out, of course they didn’t tile behind it or do the floor, why would they??
No danger, new tiles & same flooring put down & new comfort height Kermit fitted.

Lucky we got to this when we did, few more weeks would have been a nightmare.
One joist completely gone, breathed on the others and they went.
All out, new treated timber, new flooring & anti slip vinyl.
New tray, shower, enclosure ….
Bosh.
