Not enough time and too many commitments to fully commit and put my all my effort into building and growing.

Get a phone call last week about a leak in someones bedroom, get the ladders out and spot a broken tile right above where the leak is.

Basically the customer had the roof jet washed 🙈🙈 whoever done it broke a tile and didn't say a word 😤 tiles are litrally £1.70 each and a 5 min drive. They even left all the jet washed moss in the gutters blocking the down spout 🥔

Plan of action was change the tile ( obviously ) remove the 1st row of tiles so some proper eves protectors can be installed instead of nailing DPC to the fascia, which is doing nothing btw just looks like it is to the customer. Clean out the gutter then put the tiles back ...... job done.

Then onto the soffit on the apex, all fell off in the wind because its just been silicone onto flaky paint, once again a no no .... its got a hidden lip for a reason ...... try screwing it 🪛 anyway all done and screwed up properly now.

Do it properly, do it once!!!!

Back to the knockout today to fit the French door with side screens, glazed the bi fold and put a 3m long 8mm thick L sh...

Back to the knockout today to fit the French door with side screens, glazed the bi fold and put a 3m long 8mm thick L shaped steel above the bi fold, hopefully start work on the inside in the next few weeks.

Job all done for a lovely customer, kept us topped up with coffee and fanta all week.

Some shocking capping done on this before hand tbh 🙈🙈 the soffit litrally fell off when you touched it.

Anyway all old stuff ripped off including the wood and replaced with black fascia boards with vents screwed on top, box ends with ZERO pins 👀 no pins in the corners or joints.

Next week I'll be back as a separate job to point up the verges
