Squeezed in this last minute job!

After British Gas came to visit this property to look at a fault they ended up isolating the boiler due to being unsafe. The customer called us in to see if we could help.

Within 2 days of the boiler being disconnected we managed to get a new ideal vogue system boiler installed and re-establishing heating and hot water to the property.

Another Happy Customer with a full warranty for the next 12 years!

This old boiler hadn’t been serviced for a few years and after experiencing a few problems we were called in to locate the issue. On investigating we found multiple faults that when totalled up made the repair option uneconomical therefore the decision was made to replace the boiler.

The new ideal vogue max resolves all issues and greatly improves safety and efficiency for the customer.

First boiler of the 2023 ✅

This customer was struggling with their original boiler being really underpowered for the size of the house. The main issue this caused was problems with not all the radiators getting warm and taking too long to get to temperature.

We replaced it with a much larger 40kw ideal vogue max that will easily cope with the load and heat the property a lot more efficiently. Now with a full 12 year warranty and A-rated efficiency the customer can enjoy their nice warm home.

Last weeks shower job that started as a small upgrade to a complete refit!
Our original plan was to replace the tray and shower hardware and install shower boards to upgrade the style and resolve some leaks.
This plan didn’t last very long, after some stripping back we found some very poor previous workmanship that resulted in a lot of mould and rotten joists that meant the whole wall would need replacing.
The shocked customer was able to see each step of the investigation process and has now got complete peace of mind knowing that everything is secure and installed how it should be.

Another faulty boiler replaced yesterday. This worcester boiler was 12 years old and it turned out to be uneconomical to repair. So the customer opted for the ideal vogue max that will be covered by a full parts and labour warranty for the next 12 years, if we rewinded time this boiler would still be under warranty and be able to be repaired, that’s the amazing thing about the newer technology, extended piece of mind and knowing it will last.

This weeks Install was moving this boiler from a kitchen to their new utility room to make space for renovation works in the customers new home.
We also replaced the heating pipework as the existing run was poorly installed and showing signs of deterioration. All pipes are now hidden out of sight and fully insulated to help increase the efficiency.
