TT Drainage and Plumbing Services are looking for an ambitious Multi skilled person and Groundworker to join our team must have a driving licence

Do you enjoy working outdoors? Do you work to a high standard and take pride in what you do? As a Multi skilled engineer or a ground worker, you will carry out both planned and responsive external works across all external areas including but not limited to commercial customers. gardens, communal open spaces, roads, footpaths, sites. You must have demonstrable competence in all aspects of general maintenance or ground working

You will be expected to work safely, follow guidelines, assess risk and ensure the safety of yourself, our customers and your colleagues.

We are a family run company that carry out a large range of services, including but not limited to All types of maintenance or groundworks, on properties. Clearing blocked drains, blocked toilets, sinks, pipes, CCTV Surveys, maintenance work, cleaning of pits, cleaning & repairing gutters, installing gutters and drainpipes, locating and repairing water leaks and burst water mains, drain excavations and repairs, repairing manholes, excavation work and replacing of drains.

Your role will be to attend, identify and rectify any problems or find the necessary remedy.

Skills Required for this role are:
• able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• physically fit and prepared to work outside in all weathers.
• willing to work on call on a rotated basis.
• an interest in technology and maintenance.
• ability to use a large variety of tools.
• able to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• aware of health and safety regulations.

Entry and Training

You will be taught in most aspects of the basic drainage profession on an initial 6-month probationary period.

Training will be ongoing in the expectation of being able to the fulfil job requirements independently.

Working Hours and Pay

• Monday to Friday, 7.45am – 5pm.
• Some Early Starts / late finishes may occasionally be required as we are a 24-hour company.
• On call hours available
• Overtime available
• Bonus and Incentive pay
• Extremely competitive rates of pay
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Pension Scheme

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing team here at TT Drainage and Plumbing. You must be a competent, outgoing person who is able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties Include but not limited to
The role entails all plumbing works of which you would be expected to carry out. Bathroom installations, wet rooms, central heating repairs/installations, tiling, repairing leaks, maintenance works, 1st & 2nd Fixes, showers, saniflo's, pumps and valves, power flush, radiator repairs, leaking tanks and working off plans.
Secondary duties should there be no plumbing work scheduled in will be clearing blocked drains, blocked toilets, sinks, pipes, CCTV Surveys, maintenance work, cleaning of pits, cleaning & repairing gutters, installing gutters and drainpipes, locating and repairing underground water leaks and burst water mains.

Working Hours and Pay
